This role involves supervising reception, cashier, reservations, guest relations, handling VIP arrivals, managing shift handovers, and driving revenue through guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations, including reception, cashier, reservations, and guest relations
• Handle VIP arrivals and ensure exceptional service to high-profile guests
• Manage shift handovers and maintain consistent standards across the team
• Increase revenue through guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma holder
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
