What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and completing transactions at the register
• Support sales performance by suggesting products and helping customers find what they need
• Keep merchandise organized and well-stocked throughout the store, including pricing and inventory accuracy
• Mentor and guide other sales associates, answering their questions and modeling company standards
• Maintain store appearance, safety standards, and cleanliness in all departments
• Handle cash drawer operations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, with at least one year in a comparable role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy helping people and working as part of a team
