The Opportunity

In this full-time remote Lead Clinical Pharmacist opening with Arine, you will take ownership of clinical pharmacy leadership while working fully from a U.S. location of your choice. Core Duties

• Direct clinical pharmacy practice, including comprehensive medication therapy reviews and patient-focused pharmacotherapy decisions
• Build and refine clinical guidelines, utilization strategies, and evidence-based recommendations that improve prescribing quality
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to optimize regimens, reduce risk, and resolve therapy problems
• Mentor pharmacists and clinical staff, coach on complex cases, and model professional standards in a remote setting
• Assess therapy for safety, effectiveness, adherence barriers, and cost-conscious alternatives when appropriate
• Support quality-improvement work, outcomes review, and documentation standards related to pharmacy services
• Serve as a trusted source of drug information and clinical consultation for internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent professional pharmacy degree
• Active U.S. pharmacist licensure (or clear path to eligibility) for the jurisdictions relevant to the work
• Solid background in clinical pharmacy practice with hands-on medication therapy management experience
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or senior-clinical experience guiding pharmacy work or teams
• Strong ability to collaborate virtually across disciplines and communicate clearly in a remote environment
• Comfort applying evidence-based practice, prioritizing patient safety, and continuous professional development
