About the Role
In this full-time position, you'll oversee the day-to-day execution of landscape installation and enhancement projects across the Greensboro area. You'll manage crew members, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure every project meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship. This is an on-site role where your leadership, technical knowledge, and attention to detail directly impact project success.
What You'll Do
- Lead landscape installation and enhancement teams through project completion
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Oversee plant and tree installation with proper techniques and placement standards
- Direct paver and hardscape installation work
- Manage sod installation and turf preparation projects
- Coordinate seeding, soil preparation, and site finishing work
- Maintain detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Mentor and guide crew members to deliver consistent quality
- Conduct quality inspections to verify all work meets company and client expectations
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience operating landscaping equipment and performing installation work
- Hands-on expertise in plant and tree installation, paver work, sod installation, and seeding
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members
- Proven track record of completing projects on schedule
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
- Experience supervising or leading landscape crews a plus
