About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician at JP Euro, you'll bring expert-level diagnostic and repair expertise to our growing service shop. This full-time position is based in Elko and comes with relocation support for qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Audi vehicles to Audi Master Guild standards
- Execute complex repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension components
- Operate advanced diagnostic and scanning equipment to identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintain detailed service records and technical documentation
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and recommendations
- Stay current with Audi technical service bulletins and repair protocols
- Collaborate effectively with JP Euro's service team
What We're Looking For
- Current Audi Master Guild Technician certification or equivalent advanced Audi certification
- Extensive hands-on experience with Audi repair, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic scanning tools and equipment
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional work ethic and commitment to precision and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a shop environment
