About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician at JP Euro, you'll diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems on Audi vehicles. We're a specialized European and exotic auto repair shop, and this role demands the highest technical standards. You'll work on sophisticated engine management, transmission, suspension, and electrical architectures—the kind of work that separates master technicians from the rest.
What You'll Do
- Execute advanced diagnostics and repair procedures on Audi vehicles using specialized scan tools and testing equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and powertrain issues to factory specifications
- Perform major and routine maintenance including transmission service, fluid replacements, and component overhauls
- Service engine, transmission, suspension, braking, electrical, and climate control systems
- Document repairs thoroughly and communicate technical findings clearly with customers
- Maintain shop cleanliness, tool organization, and adherence to safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Audi Master Guild Certification (required) or equivalent advanced Audi technical training
- 5+ years of hands-on European automotive repair experience
- Mastery of diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- ASE certification(s) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team excellence
- Willingness to relocate to Independence, Jackson County (relocation assistance provided)
