About the Role
As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain European and exotic vehicles in our Lacey shop. This full-time position offers hands-on work with premium vehicles and the resources to deliver quality repairs that keep our customers on the road.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing and repairs on BMW vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Address complex mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues
- Complete preventive maintenance and scheduled service procedures
- Troubleshoot customer-reported concerns and deliver effective solutions
- Document all repairs and service work with precision
- Collaborate with team members to maintain shop quality standards
- Stay current with BMW technical updates and service bulletins
What We're Looking For
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience as a BMW technician or European vehicle specialist
- Proficiency with OBD diagnostic scanners and BMW-specific diagnostic tools
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities with customers and colleagues
- Commitment to ongoing technical education and skill development
