Data Center Technical Program Manager

Oracle is hiring a full-time Data Center Technical Program Manager to join its Data Center Delivery organization at its Penbrook, Dauphin County location — a high-impact position at the center of Oracle's global infrastructure expansion.

About the Role

As a Data Center Technical Program Manager, you will sit within Oracle's New Region and Multi-Cloud Delivery TPM team, taking full ownership of end-to-end execution across complex data center infrastructure programs. You will be the connective tissue between engineering, construction, facilities, and cloud operations teams — keeping critical builds on schedule, on scope, and aligned with Oracle's aggressive cloud growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects, from initial scoping through commissioning and handoff
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could affect project timelines or delivery quality
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and cloud operations to maintain program momentum
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, status reports, and executive-facing dashboards
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for blockers affecting new region builds and multi-cloud integration milestones
• Partner with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align on dependencies and critical-path activities
• Establish and improve program management frameworks and delivery processes within the team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing large-scale data center infrastructure or mission-critical construction programs
• Strong command of project and program management methodologies, including risk management, scheduling, and scope control
• Familiarity with data center systems — power, cooling, network, and physical infrastructure — sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams
• Track record of driving cross-functional alignment in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity for senior leadership
• Experience working within cloud or hyperscale infrastructure delivery organizations is a strong plus
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
