What You'll Do

• Monitor stockroom inventory levels and restock items as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
• Verify that all items are properly stored, labeled, and accounted for.
• Prepare lists of items requiring reorder and communicate needs to purchasing personnel.
• Record purchases charged to the stockroom and compile data for monthly IDT forms.
• Contact vendors to obtain credit‑card receipts and reconcile monthly charges.
• Log incoming packages, verify contents, and notify recipients via email.
• Distribute internal mail and outgoing correspondence to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and assist with periodic audits.
• Perform general stockroom housekeeping to keep the area clean, safe, and compliant with university policies.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities.
