About the Role

As a Graduate Assistant for the School of Diplomacy's Department of Graduate Enrollment Management, you will work closely with the Assistant Dean to help shape and execute the program's graduate recruitment efforts. The position blends administrative support, event coordination, and creative content production, giving you hands-on experience in higher education enrollment and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer day-to-day support to the Assistant Dean across enrollment management priorities.
• Help drive a full-scope graduate recruitment plan, including organizing both digital and printed mailings sent to admitted students.
• Assist with planning and staffing recruitment events, and coordinate prospective and admitted student campus visits.
• Maintain direct outreach and communication with applicants and admitted students throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Produce written, video, and audio materials that highlight the graduate programs, current students, alumni, and faculty.

Qualifications

• Enrollment as a graduate student at Seton Hall University, New Jersey.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for engaging prospective students.
• Comfort creating multimedia content across written, video, and audio formats.
• Organizational skills suited to coordinating events, visits, and mailing campaigns.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and willingness to support a busy enrollment office.
