Natuvion is hiring a (Senior) SAP IS-U / SAP S/4HANA Utilities Consultant (m/w/d) to help energy providers modernize their core systems and processes. About the Role
As a (Senior) SAP IS-U / SAP S/4HANA Utilities Consultant at Natuvion, you will be the trusted advisor for German and European energy-sector clients on everything related to SAP for Utilities. Your work spans optimizing live systems and leading ambitious transformation projects, all while supported by a flexible, home-office-friendly setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise utility clients on SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities questions, acting as partial or full project lead for delivering their requirements.
- Support customers in standardizing, analyzing, and evolving their business processes.
- Guide migrations from SAP IS-U systems onto the S/4HANA Utilities platform.
- Draft requirement concepts, design solutions, oversee their implementation, and run client workshops and training sessions.
- Own technical topics and mentor colleagues to help them grow.
Qualifications
- Completed degree or vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
- Familiarity with the processes and operations of energy utilities, gained through work in the sector.
- Roughly 3–4 years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and enhancing SAP IS-U systems.
- Ideally, exposure to IT project management and an object-oriented language such as ABAP or Java.
- Strong or native-level German plus fluent English for confident client communication.
