About the Role
As the JustLead Youth Ministry Coordinator, you will be part of a mission-driven team working to ensure that children in every Knoxville neighborhood have the chance to experience a full life. Rooted in a Christian framework and the promise of John 10:10, this position supports faith, learning, and health initiatives that walk alongside youth and their families. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity based in Lonsdale, Knox County.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead JustLead youth ministry activities that nurture spiritual growth and discipleship.
- Build trusting, encouraging relationships with young people and their families across the community.
- Support faith-based, educational, and wellness programs that align with Emerald Youth Foundation's mission.
- Partner with staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders to plan and deliver consistent, high-quality programming.
- Help create welcoming environments where every child feels valued, safe, and inspired to grow.
Qualifications
- A personal Christian faith and a heart for youth ministry and community service.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young people from diverse neighborhoods and backgrounds.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lonsdale, Knox County, in a collaborative team setting.
