Junior Technician (Manufacturing / Injection Molding)

Keter North America is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Junior Technician to join our injection molding manufacturing operation in Portersville, Butler County. This is a hands-on role where you'll work 12-hour rotating shifts supporting our high-volume production facility.

About the Role

If you're someone who gets energized troubleshooting hydraulic systems and optimizing equipment on the production floor, this Junior Technician position is built for you. Working in our Portersville facility's injection molding operation, you'll partner with experienced technicians to maintain, repair, and continuously improve our manufacturing equipment. You'll gain foundational knowledge of injection molding processes and industrial equipment systems while contributing directly to operational efficiency and product quality.

Core Duties

• Support the daily operation and maintenance of injection molding equipment and hydraulic systems
• Monitor active production processes and identify equipment irregularities or performance issues
• Assist experienced technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities
• Perform routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and cleaning procedures
• Work collaboratively to optimize equipment performance and maximize production efficiency
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and facility standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated hands-on technical ability
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and specifications
• Solid problem-solving mindset with genuine eagerness to learn new manufacturing systems
• Physical capability to perform manual work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance with flexibility to work assigned 12-hour rotating shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or manufacturing experience valued
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment
