About the Role
We're looking for an Interventional Radiology Tech to support our clinical operations with expertise in diagnostic imaging technology and patient care. You'll work alongside physicians and nursing staff to perform imaging procedures and assist with interventional treatments, maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy throughout.
What You'll Do
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment according to departmental protocols and clinical guidelines
- Assist physicians with interventional radiologic procedures requiring precision and attention to detail
- Position patients and maintain their safety during imaging and procedural interventions
- Prepare, maintain, and sterilize instruments and supplies in compliance with facility standards
- Document procedures, imaging results, and equipment maintenance records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to optimize patient care and procedural outcomes
- Adhere to professional ethics standards, departmental policies, and clinical practice guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Current ARRT certification or eligibility for certification as a Radiologic Technologist
- Solid understanding of radiologic technology principles and interventional imaging procedures
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and medical staff
- Professional commitment to ethical standards established by ARRT and ASRT
- Ability to follow complex departmental procedures with consistency and precision
