What This Role Involves

As an intern in product and workflow management for refractive laser technologies at Zeissgroup, you'll gain practical experience in optimizing processes and supporting product development in a globally leading precision instruments company. This position offers exposure to how products move through development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, with a specific focus on refractive laser systems and their workflows.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and documentation of workflow processes related to refractive laser product management
• Assist with cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, and operations teams
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives and help identify efficiency improvements
• Support quality and compliance documentation for laser systems
• Help gather and organize product-related information for internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in engineering, business, product management, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively within technical teams and cross-functional environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Demonstrated interest in medical technology, optics, or precision manufacturing
• Proficiency with standard office software and technical documentation tools
