AZURITE LIFE SCIENCE is hiring an Ingénieur Assurance Qualité F/H for a full-time position in Bolbec, Le Havre. This opportunity focuses on strengthening quality frameworks while supporting a client through critical assurance activities in the Seine Maritime region.

What This Role Involves

As the Ingénieur Assurance Qualité F/H based near Bolbec and Le Havre, you will partner with a client organisation to consolidate and advance its quality management approach. The work centres on embedding robust practices that address everyday operational challenges in deviations handling, corrective and preventive actions, and controlled modifications. Success in this Ingénieur Assurance Qualité F/H role requires a proactive mindset that balances system design with day-to-day process stewardship, all while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Assist in designing, formalising and continuously refining the broader quality system so it remains fit for evolving operational needs.
• Support the end-to-end management of deviations, ensuring thorough investigation, documentation and timely closure.
• Drive CAPA activities from identification through effectiveness checks, promoting lasting improvements.
• Coordinate change control workflows, evaluating impacts and securing appropriate approvals before implementation.
• Collaborate with client teams to identify process gaps and recommend practical enhancements that raise overall assurance performance.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to readiness for internal reviews or external audits related to the quality system.

Requirements

• Proven background in quality assurance engineering, ideally with hands-on exposure to structured systems in regulated or high-compliance settings.
• Solid working knowledge of deviations management, CAPA methodologies and change control procedures.
• Ability to structure or optimise quality frameworks rather than simply maintain them.
• Strong analytical skills for root-cause work combined with clear written and verbal communication.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a scientific, engineering or related technical discipline.
• Willingness to work on site with a client in the Bolbec / Le Havre area of Seine Maritime.
