About This Position

This role is for an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to build and automate infrastructure using code. The position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $145,000 per annum with bonus potential. The ideal candidate will have experience in building infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, and automating the provisioning of virtual machines, networks, storage, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and more.

• Develop reusable automation modules and templates
• Experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash
• Expertise in Ansible
• Knowledge of developing and deploying pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Experience with AI-led automation and tools such as code agents, API, MCP, security & compliance
• Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and experience managing identity and access using Azure AD/Entra ID and Active Directory
• Enforce security baselines and hardening, understand and experience with security patching and vulnerability management
• Industry compliance and security requirements knowledge including SOC1/2, SOX, HIPAA, HiTrust, PCI DSS, ISO27001
• Design, deploy, and manage hybrid infrastructure across Azure, AWS, VMware vSphere, Windows Server
• Ensure high availability and scalability, perform capacity planning and lifecycle management
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives

Requirements

Required skills include experience in building IaC using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, CloudFormation. Must have a proven track record of automating infrastructure provisioning, developing reusable automation modules, and experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible. Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AI-led automation tools is essential. A deep understanding of Zero Trust architecture, security compliance (SOC1/2, SOX, HIPAA, HiTrust, PCI DSS, ISO27001), and hybrid infrastructure management across multiple cloud platforms are required.
