Monadnock Family Services is recruiting a master's-level Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) Clinician to join the HOPE First Episode Psychosis program in Keene, Cheshire County, New Hampshire. This full-time clinical position provides an opportunity to deliver evidence-based, recovery-oriented individual therapy to clients experiencing early psychosis.

About the Role

As an IRT Clinician within the HOPE First Episode Psychosis program, you will deliver structured individual therapy grounded in the Individual Resiliency Training model. Your focus will be on fostering resilience, supporting functional recovery, and helping clients recognize and build on their own strengths during this critical early intervention window. The role sits within a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to early psychosis care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individual therapy sessions using the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) framework
  • Conduct clinical assessments and collaborate on treatment planning with recovery goals at the center
  • Support clients in building resilience and pursuing meaningful life activities during early psychosis recovery
  • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with psychiatry, care coordination, peer specialists, and other HOPE program team members
  • Participate in program evaluation and quality assurance activities

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or closely related mental health field
  • Current New Hampshire licensure or demonstrated eligibility for New Hampshire licensure (LMHC, LCMHC, LCSW, or equivalent)
  • Training in or knowledge of the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) model, or strong grounding in evidence-based, recovery-oriented psychotherapy
  • Clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, ideally in early intervention or first-episode psychosis settings
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication abilities
  • Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork
