About the Role

As a Private Duty Caregiver, you will become part of a dedicated team providing continuous, around-the-clock support to a client who requires consistent, high-quality care. This full-time, on-site position in Shakopee is ideal for compassionate caregivers who want to build a meaningful, lasting connection with the people they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, one-on-one personal care as part of a 24/7 care schedule
• Support the client's daily routines, comfort, and overall well-being
• Assist with everyday living activities in a respectful, dignified manner
• Communicate clearly with fellow caregivers and the care team to ensure seamless, uninterrupted coverage
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the client

Qualifications

• A compassionate, dependable nature and sincere commitment to helping others
• Willingness to work as part of a rotating team covering continuous, around-the-clock shifts
• Strong communication skills and a patient, attentive approach
• Reliability and the ability to follow an established care plan with consistency
• Eligibility to work full-time on-site in Shakopee, Scott County
