HR Intern

Stratpoint seeks an HR Intern for our location in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. This full-time role lets you contribute to human resources work while building practical skills in a collaborative workplace.

About the Role

As HR Intern at Stratpoint in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines, you will dive into the core systems that guide our people operations. Expect to help shape fresh concepts, gain fuller insight into how we work, and support efforts that keep our practices moving forward. You will receive an internship allowance and take part in team buildings plus quarterly events, including office celebrations for Chinese New Year, Valentines, Halloween and Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Offer support across every area of human resources activity
• Build and update HR reports along with tracking documents
• Join the planning and running of company events
• Complete other human resources tasks assigned from time to time

Who We're Looking For

• Currently studying for a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related area
• Clear of expression in writing and speaking
• Ability to produce creative and eye-catching publicity materials
• Comfortable working in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom and Canva
• Fast at picking up unfamiliar tools and work methods
• Well-organized and able to manage several priorities at once
• Ready to come into the office when required
• Able to appear at the Boni, Mandaluyong site two or three times each week
• Prepared to complete at least 400 hours
• Preferably in the final year of studies, opening the door to possible absorption later
