About the Role
Grant Thornton is seeking an accomplished Director to join our HR Consulting practice. This role will support clients with HR Diligence, designing modern HR Operating Models and leading complex HR and people-focused transformations. The position combines strategic advisory capability with hands-on delivery experience, spanning areas such as HR due diligence, post deal integration/separation, organizational design, and HR operations.

- Experience in post deal integration/separation processes
- Strong understanding of modern HR Operating Models
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
