Role Overview
As a Housekeeper I at Target Hospitality, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards across guest areas. Working under the direction of the Head Housekeeper, you'll execute all assigned housekeeping tasks while adhering to safety procedures and company policies. This role operates on a 6-week-on, 2-week-off rotation schedule, offering unique flexibility for the right candidate.
Your Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to company standards
- Change linens, manage laundry, and ensure beds are properly prepared
- Restock amenities, toiletries, and supplies throughout assigned areas
- Inspect rooms and report any maintenance issues or damage immediately
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, safety protocols, and job safety analyses
- Maintain a strong safety culture and support workplace policies
- Coordinate with housekeeping team to meet daily completion targets
Requirements
- Ability to work a 6-week-on, 2-week-off rotation schedule or as directed by management
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning and lifting tasks throughout a shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies consistently
