Home Health Aide(HHA)

Position Summary

We're looking for a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide in-home care and support to our clients. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while managing personal care needs. Your compassionate approach, reliability, and genuine desire to improve someone's quality of life are what make this position so important.

Core Duties

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, showering, and grooming
• Help with dressing, undressing, and maintaining appropriate appearance
• Provide mobility assistance and support with safe transfers
• Perform light housekeeping and tidying of client living spaces
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed
• Provide friendly companionship and emotional support
• Help with errands and light shopping
• Remind clients about medications and health appointments
• Report observations to care coordinators to support ongoing health management

Requirements

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Physical ability to assist with client mobility and personal care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to individual client needs
