What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery according to manufacturer specifications and established protocols
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety
• Follow all safety regulations and industry best practices on jobsites
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project schedules and quality requirements
• Maintain accurate records of equipment operation and maintenance activities
• Support maintenance, construction, and service operations across industrial facilities

What We're Looking For

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or relevant equipment operation certification as required
• Demonstrated experience operating heavy equipment in industrial or construction environments
• Strong understanding of equipment safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and technical specifications
• Reliable, dependable work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality
• Willingness to work in varying weather and site conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
