About the Role
As the Head Coach for Girls Wrestling, you will guide student-athletes in mastering the fundamentals of the sport while fostering an inclusive, supportive environment. This full-time, on-site position in Woodinville plays a central role in shaping the experience of young competitors throughout the Winter 2026 season.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach core wrestling techniques and develop the athletic abilities of every participant.
- Help athletes understand and correctly apply the rules and strategy of the sport.
- Serve as a positive role model, encouraging sportsmanship, discipline, and respect.
- Plan and lead practices, prepare the team for competition, and support each wrestler's individual growth.
