About the Role

As a Grundmeyer Leader Services National Consultant, you will own the full lifecycle of leadership searches on behalf of school districts. This on-site administrative position in Huxley, Story County supports the firm's guiding purpose: transforming education one leader at a time. You will partner directly with school boards and candidates to identify, evaluate, and place the right educational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations and updates to school boards throughout the search process
• Source, attract, and recruit qualified leadership candidates
• Plan for and participate in monthly team meetings
• Facilitate and lead candidate interviews
• Screen, organize, and present shortlisted candidates to decision-makers
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and applicants at every stage

Qualifications

• Background in education administration or leadership recruitment
• Confident public speaking and presentation skills suited to board-level audiences
• Strong interviewing, evaluation, and candidate-assessment abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Huxley, Story County
