Arcotech, the technology division of Arco Educação, is hiring a full-time Product Design II professional to craft digital learning experiences that connect students, families, and schools.
About the Role
As a Product Design II at Arco Educação, you will own design challenges end to end — from uncovering the underlying problem to shipping polished, intuitive solutions. Working alongside Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders, you'll shape products that make education more dynamic, effective, and engaging. This is a full-time position open to candidates across Austria, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive design projects from initial discovery through final delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build simple, efficient experiences aligned with business goals.
- Run user research, interviews, and validation sessions to ground product and design decisions.
- Translate complex problems into clear journeys, flows, and interfaces.
- Help define product strategy with a systemic view and a strong focus on user experience.
- Produce high-quality prototypes, flows, and specifications with great attention to detail.
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative data to guide choices and measure impact.
- Strengthen and evolve the Design System to keep experiences consistent across products.
- Exchange feedback through design critiques and reviews, and mentor more junior designers.
Qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.
- Ability to lead complex design initiatives independently.
- Track record collaborating within multidisciplinary Product and Engineering teams.
- Strong command of UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design.
- Experience researching and validating solutions with real users.
- Confidence making decisions informed by data, metrics, and business context.
- Excellent communication and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, plus a portfolio showing product thinking and execution.
A plus: experience with scalable platforms or ecosystems, agile product environments, Design Systems governance, experimentation frameworks, mentoring, accessibility best practices, and B2B, SaaS, or fintech contexts.
