ProSync Technology Group is hiring a Government Contracts Administrator with Security Clearance to join our team in Windsor Mill, Baltimore County. About the Role

As a Government Contracts Administrator, you will be the driving force behind contract compliance across active and upcoming engagements with DoD and IC customers. Working on-site in Windsor Mill, you will safeguard adherence to the regulations and procedures that govern government contracting, ensuring every agreement meets its stated requirements from award through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee government contracts in support of Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients.
• Verify that current and future contracts satisfy all applicable terms, conditions, and deliverable requirements.
• Apply the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), or equivalent guidelines, supplements, and procedures throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve compliance gaps, partnering with internal teams to keep contractual obligations on track.
• Maintain accurate documentation and procedures that stand up to government oversight and audit.

Qualifications

• An active security clearance is required for this position.
• Hands-on experience administering contracts in support of DoD and IC customers.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, or comparable acquisition regulations, supplements, and guidelines.
• A results-driven, detail-oriented approach with the energy to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in Windsor Mill, Baltimore County.
