This is a full-time position where you'll guide individuals and families through understanding their insurance coverage options and support them every step of the enrollment process.

About the Role

As an Insurance Benefits Remote Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact helping members navigate their benefits. You'll conduct one-on-one virtual consultations, explain coverage plans in clear, straightforward language, and walk families through enrollment with patience and care. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone who enjoys helping others make informed decisions about their protection and financial security.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with members to review available insurance programs and benefits
• Educate individuals and families on coverage options, policy features, and how benefits work in real-world situations
• Answer member questions thoroughly and help resolve concerns about plans and enrollment
• Guide members through the complete enrollment and application process from start to finish
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of member interactions and enrollment status
