Gestionnaire d’applications TI RH / HR IM Applications Manager

Join AG as a full-time HR IM Applications Manager in the Montreal Area, where you'll own the strategy and day-to-day support of our human resources technology ecosystem. This role bridges HR operations and IT infrastructure, requiring both technical expertise and collaborative leadership.

Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled IT applications professional to manage, optimize, and evolve our HR information management systems. You'll be responsible for the health, security, and usability of critical HR platforms that enable our workforce. Your focus will be ensuring our HR applications remain performant, secure, and aligned with organizational needs across the Montreal Area operations and beyond.

Core Duties

• Administer and maintain HR applications and related technology infrastructure
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to HR department users
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and security protocols
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into system enhancements
• Document processes, systems, and configurations for knowledge retention
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve user adoption
• Train HR staff on system features and new functionality

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise HR applications or similar systems
• Technical proficiency with HR information systems and platforms
• Strong understanding of IT security, data governance, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English; French fluency is a significant asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent issues
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
