Join Ryan Companies as a General Superintendent for our Mission Critical construction sector, serving clients across the United States. This is a full-time position ideal for an experienced leader ready to travel nationally and manage complex, large-scale projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As General Superintendent for Mission Critical projects with Ryan Companies, you'll oversee all site operations and personnel on some of the nation's most demanding construction jobsites. Your responsibilities include:

  • Directing and coordinating the work of all Ryan Companies employees across the project
  • Supervising subcontractors and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation on large, complex sites
  • Maintaining safety compliance and fostering a culture of accountability on-site
  • Communicating progress and challenges with project management and clients
  • Traveling to client locations throughout the US to lead and support ongoing projects

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates bring proven construction leadership experience and comfort with frequent national travel. You should have:

  • Extensive experience as a General Superintendent or similar senior construction role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, subcontractors, and complex workflows
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States
  • Current driver's license and valid identification
