About the Role
The Game Presentations and Promotions Intern role is designed for enthusiastic individuals eager to launch their career in sports entertainment and event management. You'll work directly with our entertainment and marketing staff to design, coordinate, and deliver memorable experiences that energize our fans and build community connection around Everblades hockey.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate live game day entertainment elements, including halftime shows, in-arena contests, and fan giveaways
- Execute promotional campaigns and special event activations throughout the 2026-2027 season
- Support social media content creation and community engagement initiatives
- Assist with merchandise and concession operations during games and events
- Help develop fan experiences that increase attendance and season ticket retention
- Manage logistics for game night operations, including setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and arena operations teams
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a college or university program
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative thinking and willingness to generate original promotional ideas
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends during the hockey season
