About the Role
You'll work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, with shifts running from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Each day begins at our Charleston office location, where you'll receive your client assignment before heading out to provide in-home support. This predictable weekday routine means consistent work, reliable income, and genuine work-life balance—no weekend or overnight rotations required.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support in clients' home environments
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and household tasks
- Maintain safe, clean living spaces and report any changes in client condition
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and coordinate with their families
