You'll work 12-hour day shifts on a Wednesday–Saturday rotation, completing a full-time week in just three days. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on direct support to the individuals we serve across our Clear Lake, Garner, and Ventura sites.
- Float between back-end day-shift locations as scheduling and coverage needs require.

- Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment throughout your 12-hour day shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent, person-centered care.
Qualifications

- Willingness to travel between the Clear Lake, Garner, and Ventura, IA locations as a float DSP.
