Zhejiang Haicheng Education Technology Co., Ltd is hiring a Full-Time Football Coach and PE Teacher in Simi Valley, California. This is your opportunity to inspire elementary-age students to develop athletic skills, fitness fundamentals, and a lifelong passion for physical activity.
About the Role
You'll lead physical education instruction and soccer coaching for students ages 6–12 in a classroom setting with 30–40 students per class. This full-time position focuses on delivering effective, age-appropriate athletic development within our structured school environment.
What You'll Do
- Teach soccer and physical education as a core curriculum subject to elementary-age classes
- Create and implement tailored lesson plans that match each student's skill level and learning pace
- Lead approximately 15 weekly classes, each running 40 minutes
- Build athletic fundamentals, teamwork, and fitness awareness in young learners
- Work regular office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM during the school week
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Physical Education or comparable field
- Prior teaching experience with elementary students (preferred)
- Soccer coaching license or competitive coaching background (preferred)
- Ability to design engaging, developmentally sound instructional plans
- Excellent classroom management and student communication skills
- Full-time commitment and on-site availability
