Join Target in Millbury, Worcester County for a seasonal opportunity as a Guest Advocate, Cashier, General Merchandise associate, Fulfillment specialist, Food and Beverage team member, Front of Store Attendant, Style associate, or Inbound team member. This full-time seasonal position offers starting wages of $18.00 per hour, with rates up to $27.00 per hour based on role and experience.

Whether you're operating a register, merchandising departments, fulfilling guest orders, receiving shipments, or ensuring a welcoming store entrance, your work directly impacts the guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Process transactions as a Cashier and provide friendly checkout service
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in General Merchandise and Style departments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for Fulfillment guests
• Receive and organize Inbound shipments and merchandise inventory
• Support Food and Beverage operations including restocking and guest service
• Collect shopping carts and maintain the store entrance and parking area as a Front of Store Attendant
• Answer guest questions and help locate products throughout the store
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all store areas

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Flexible availability to work seasonal peak periods
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable, punctual attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills, especially for cashier positions
• Willingness to learn store systems and procedures
