Position Summary

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Fleet Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent early shift. As a key member of the Sentinel Fleet operations, you will support fleet management by coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining strong communication with drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules
• Liaise effectively with drivers to ensure timely service requests are met
• Manage inventory of fleet-related supplies and materials
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fleet management
• Support the team in maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• Proactive and organised approach to work
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in fleet management or a related field is desirable but not essential
• A valid driving license is required
• Flexible approach to working within the 4-on, 4-off shift pattern from 5:30am – 4:30pm
