About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team at Diageo in Australia (nationwide) (nationwide). As an afternoon shift operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations on the production line. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures
• Participate in regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve productivity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational qualification in manufacturing or related field is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Basic computer skills for data entry and simple software use
