What This Role Involves

In this Production Operator role, you will be a key member of our team at Land O'Lakes. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our production line.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment for production processes
• Maintain quality control standards by inspecting products
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Participate in shift rotations including 4:45 PM to 5:15 AM with a 2-2-3 rotation schedule
• Work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in production operations preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Working at Land O'Lakes

Land O'Lakes offers competitive pay with a starting rate of $27.97 per hour plus a shift differential of $1.50 per hour. Additionally, there is an opportunity to earn a sign-on bonus of up to $1500 over the first year, paid in installments: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and $750 after 12 months.
