About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to take charge of the Processing department afternoon shift and help us grow towards our future goals. This role involves overseeing approximately 14-16 staff members from 3 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Core Duties

• Ensure smooth production operations by making timely decisions and addressing any issues that arise during the shift.
• Supervise and mentor staff members to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to prevent downtime and accidents.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and coordination.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in food processing or packaging.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff and colleagues.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control methods, and safety regulations.
• The ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.

Working at Timpack

This is not an office-based or management-only role. You’ll be on the factory floor, actively involved in production activities alongside your team. The role requires a hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly.
