Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader to supervise avionics maintenance and airworthiness for the SH-2G(I) Seasprite helicopter fleet. You will lead and develop a small team to ensure aircraft remain safe, compliant, and ready for flight.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise, plan, and coordinate Intermediate and Operational Level maintenance activities
- Develop and maintain safety procedures and protocols
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards
- Lead team training and development initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance processes
