About the Role
As Production Supervisor-NIGHTS, you'll lead overnight production operations and directly impact the quality of customized, recycled packaging solutions delivered to major consumer brands. This supervisory position offers the chance to develop your leadership skills while managing a vital night shift operation.
What You'll Do
- Oversee production line operations during night shift hours
- Lead and support a production team to meet output targets and quality standards
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Report on production metrics and shift performance
