Position Summary

Linfox NZ is seeking a capable and proactive Site Supervisor to support operations at our customer’s warehouse in East Tamaki. This role is essential for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, strong communication, and consistent achievement of commercial and operational KPIs.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, site personnel, and internal Linfox teams
• Support the achievement of commercial and operational KPIs
• Ensure all staff are adhering to company policies and procedures
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site in a timely manner

What You Bring

• A proven track record of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for a warehouse environment
• Experience in resolving conflicts and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
