Role Overview

Under the supervision of a cheesemaker, assist in making cheese while maintaining high quality in food and safety standards. Hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, for a period of six months (September to February), with weekends as needed.

Core Duties

• Assist in the production process of cheese under supervision
• Maintain high standards of food and safety quality
• Work full-time, on-site at Sargento Foods Saint Cloud location
• Possibility to work weekends as required during peak periods

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment
• Familiarity with basic food safety practices is preferred but not mandatory
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Good communication skills
