About the Role
As a night shift Flamebonder, you'll monitor and operate equipment that bonds and finishes felt products to precise specifications. What You'll Do
- Monitor production material throughout the flamebonding process to verify conformance with customer requirements and quality control standards
- Review production specification sheets and customer order documentation to understand exact material and finishing requirements
- Support team members with equipment setup, calibration, and operational adjustments
- Assist with material wrapping, packaging, and preparation for shipment
- Maintain accurate production records and report results to supervisors
- Follow all safety and facility protocols to maintain a secure work environment
