Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fixed-Term Field Sales & Training Executive to join our growing team at Yepoda. As the representative of our brand within Sephora UK, you will drive sell-out in your designated stores, train and coach Beauty Advisor teams, own store relationships, and ensure our brand presentation is flawless. This role combines elements of account management, field training, and retail sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out across five Sephora doors in London, UK, UK
• Train and coach Sephora's Beauty Advisor teams on Yepoda products and brand values
• Owning the store relationships to maintain a strong presence within Sephora UK
• Maintain and enhance the presentation of our products within stores
• Build and sustain positive relationships with key stakeholders in Sephora

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field sales or training role, preferably within the beauty industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and coach Beauty Advisors
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of K-Beauty trends and innovations
• Ability to build strong relationships with store managers and staff
• Experience in retail sales, particularly in managing multiple accounts
