About the Role
The Brand Innovation Executive will be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth for ZURU's beauty brands. This role is pivotal in identifying new product ideas, trends, and opportunities that can disrupt the market and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends and consumer insights to inform product development strategies
- Create a pipeline of innovative beauty products aligned with ZURU's mission and values
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of new products into the market
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to stay ahead of industry changes
