About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Kathmandu in Sydenham, Christchurch, New Zealand, New Zealand. This is a full-time position that will be crucial in managing multiple projects related to world-class photography and video production for our global brand.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality photographic and video content
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing goals
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the production process

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in managing large-scale photographic and video production projects
• Experience working with creative teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members
• A passion for producing high-quality content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives
