About the Role
Sitting within our Omni function and reporting into the Customer Insights Lead, you will promote customer-first thinking through the delivery of The Warehouse Group's customer, brand, and market insight program. Your role involves uncovering, interpreting, and communicating insights that improve customer understanding and support better decision-making across the business.
Core Duties
- Promote a customer-centric approach within the organization
- Uncover, interpret, and communicate key customer, brand, and market insights
- Support cross-functional teams in leveraging insights for strategic decision-making
- Conduct research and analysis to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with various departments to drive customer-centric initiatives
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data used in insight programs
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Specialist who can contribute effectively to our team. Key requirements include:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across the organization
