About the Role

As a Fireplace and Stove Installer, you'll be the hands-on professional responsible for bringing heating and ambiance solutions into customers' homes. This full-time position offers hourly pay plus commission, rewarding your expertise and sales ability. You'll work directly for a respected specialty retailer serving the Bend area, installing a variety of fireplace and stove products that enhance customers' living spaces and provide reliable warmth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Measure, assess, and prepare installation sites for fireplaces and stoves
• Install fireplaces, wood stoves, and related heating equipment according to manufacturer specifications and building codes
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and customer expectations
• Communicate clearly with customers about the installation process, timelines, and any customization options
• Test equipment after installation to verify proper operation and safety
• Maintain tools and work areas in clean, professional condition

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience installing fireplaces, stoves, or similar heating and home improvement products
• Strong technical knowledge of installation techniques and building code requirements
